Corporate group
Grupa Mosty is comprised several dozen domestic and foreign entities. The parent company, Grupa Mosty Sp. z o.o., manages both operating companies and special-purpose vehicles.

The Group’s business focuses on the core sector of infrastructure construction, in which we have been active continuously since 1962, and the renewable energy sector.

Over the years, renewable energy has become a key area of activity for the Group. Our subsidiaries develop, execute, and operate renewable energy facilities such as wind and photovoltaic farms, and in the future also hydro power plants. Our new strategic direction of development is to expand our existing renewable energy installations by adding battery storage units, integrating them with operational farms, and to implement system and grid services.

Below we present key subsidiaries in our Group:

nfrastructure construction company:

  • Warszawskie Przedsiębiorstwo Mostowe Mosty Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. delivers infrastructure projects, including projects related to renewable energy, industrial buildings, and public infrastructure. Through its resources and extensive experience in implementing complex projects, the company supports the Group both in the construction of new power plants and in securing external construction contracts.

Companies operating in the wind energy sector, with total capacity of 44 MW, including:

  • Elektrownia Wiatrowa ZONDA Sp. z o.o. Wind Farm
  • Elektrownia Wiatrowa ZONDA Dwa Sp. z o.o. Wind Farm
  • Grupa Mosty Sp. z o.o., which merged with a former special-purpose vehicle Elektrownia Wiatrowa EOL Sp. z o.o. to take over generation assets.

Companies managing photovoltaic farms with a total capacity of 19.5 MW, including:

  • Mosty Fotowoltaika 2 Sp. z o.o.
  • Mosty Georgia PV 1 LLC
  • PV Investments Sp. z o.o.

Electricity trading company:

  • Mosty Obrót Sp. z o.o., which specializes in electricity trading, managing sales of generated energy, and optimizing processes related to energy sales and balancing.
